Miscellaneous Deductions Suspended Beginning January 1, 2018

Miscellaneous deductions subject to the 2% floor of Adjusted Gross Income are now suspended

and not deductible. These include tax preparation fees, legal fees, safe deposit box fees, investment fees and convenience fees for using a credit or debit card to pay your taxes.
